Package highlights:

  • Dust or wipe clean accessible surfaces​
  • Vacuum and mop clean floor with detergent​
  • Wipe clean windows, mirrors and glass surfaces​
  • Take out garbage​
  • Toilet: Wash and scrub clean toilet bowl, shower, tub and sink​
  • Kitchen: Wipe clean exterior of appliances such as oven, fridge, microwave, stoves, countertops and sink​

Disclaimer:

  • Package is not inclusive of cleaning supplies and tools.
  • Customers are required to provide basic cleaning supplies and tools such as detergent, cloth, brush, broom, mop, trash bag, vacuum cleaner, ladder and etc.
  • Cleaners are prohibited from tasks like ironing and exterior high-rise cleaning to ensure that they complete the cleaning within the set time frame.

For TWICE A MONTH & Weekly Cleaning package:

Payment is collected upfront for 1 month. Any cancellation in between will result in previous cleaning session(s) being charged based on the one-time package rates. The balance will be refunded according to our cancellation and refund policy.

Package highlights:

  • More comprehensive and detailed cleaning, usually done prior to festive seasons or moving in & out​
  • Dust or wipe clean harder-to-reach areas wherever applicable​
  • Wipe clean ceiling fans and aircond frame​
  • Wipe clean cabinets to remove dust​
  • Wash clean toilets but excluding removal of stubborn water marks on shower glass or mirror if any​
  • Wipe clean exterior of kitchen appliances including kitchen top and hood​
  • Vacuum & mop clean floor​
  • Wash clean balcony & car porch if applicable​

DISCLAIMER:

  • Package is not inclusive of cleaning supplies and tools.
  • Customers are required to provide basic cleaning supplies and tools such as detergent, cloth, brush, broom, mop, trash bag, vacuum cleaner, ladder and etc.
  • Cleaners are prohibited from tasks like ironing, packing for move out and exterior high-rise cleaning to ensure that they complete the cleaning within the set time frame.

Optional:

  • RM 30 add-on charge per visit for us to provide a complete set of cleaning supplies and tools required to carry out the cleaning tasks
  • Additional cleaning hours can be requested with an add-on charge of RM27 per hour per cleaner

Package highlights:

  • All-encompassing aerosolisation of disinfectant using specialised fogging/misting units to eliminate microbial elements from the air and surfaces​
  • Specialised tools, machines and solutions may be used to access normally inaccessible areas​
  • RECOMMENDED ADD-ON: Bundle with our Essential Cleaning services and enjoy exclusive discount off the bundled cleaning service​

DISCLAIMER:

For effective disinfection, please ensure the premise is clean prior to the appointment. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure reasonable cleanliness for our disinfection team to carry out their tasks. Should the premise be deemed excessively dirty or not feasible for effective disinfection upon arrival, our team’s SOP is to abort the disinfection job and a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the booking value is applicable. We recommend booking one of our cleaning services (Essential Home & Office Cleaning) prior to booking a disinfection service to ensure optimal effectiveness.
